Lifestyle Villages
In our residential lifestyle developments, HPA often takes the project from bare land through to a fully operating people-based business. Through this experience, we have come to learn the key ingredients for a successful village.
Along with the many villa designs that can be customised to suit the differing needs of residents, HPA has completed several social facilities buildings; being responsible for concept design, architectural and engineering services design, and project management.
Common features in our facilities buildings include indoor pools, hair salons, communal or commercial kitchens, resident bars and lounges, crafts rooms, and libraries. HPA strives to create an envirmonment that encourages village sales and promotes a sense of community.
Hospitals and medical centres
HPA has completed several hospital and healthcare centre projects. In some cases, we have been responsible for the concept development, design, and project management through to the projects completion.
In other instances, the owners of existing hospitals and medical centres have approached HPA to either redevelop or add an extension to their facility. No project is to small - we tailor our services to meet your needs.
