
Terry has over 30 years' experience in international capital projects within the construction, mechanical engineering, and design fields. For the past 17 years Terry's work in New Zealand has focussed specifically on healthcare and lifestyle projects.
Terry's main roles include master planning, design, and project and construction management. He also works on more technical and specialist tasks such as specialist reporting, contractual documentation, and quality assurance.

Neville has more than 30 years’ experience in accounting, finance, and business management and has been involved with the retirement village and aged care industries since 2004. He has been a key player in the successful development and operation of several lifestyle retirement villages and aged care hospitals in this time.
Neville’s focus is on the financial and commercial aspects of the planning process, management of villages and aged care facilities, and general business development. Neville’s role includes feasibility assessment, incorporating contractual arrangements and cost control, and strategic planning.

Brian is a practicing Chartered Accountant (SAICA and NZICA) specialising in taxation and financial reporting. He has extensive business management experience having served as financial director for a number of companies.
Brian’s role at HPA includes taxation, financial accounting and reporting, funds management, and management of insurance cover.

Simon has over 18 years’ New Zealand and international experience designing residential, lifestyle, multi-story and commercial developments. Simon’s specialties include residential, educational, and aged care architecture. He has spent the last 9 years working primarily on healthcare and retirement projects for HPA.
Simon’s role includes planning, urban design, concept development, developed and detailed design, landscape planning, and managing HPA’s design team.
