Amberley Country Estate is a growing lifestyle retirement community in North Canterbury, being delivered in stages by HPA. Residents are already living there while construction continues across new homes and shared facilities, with the completed village planned to reach 244 homes.

The village has been designed around space, independence and easy everyday living, with features such as level-entry homes, wider streets, double garaging and strong connections to the wider Amberley community. HPA continues to manage and deliver the construction, with its own building, electrical and civil teams working on site.
