Aurum on Clutha is a growing lifestyle retirement community in Clyde, Central Otago, being delivered in stages by HPA. Residents are already calling it home while construction continues across new villas and shared facilities. The completed village is planned to include 153 villas, with further care facilities planned later in the development.

HPA continues to manage and deliver the construction of the village, with our teams established on site as the next stages take shape.
